In my years of encountering Mr. Phillip at QEH, he always carried a smile on his face despite the area where he worked. He did his job diligently and took pride in it. Was always willing to help with transition of request made although a bit impromptu at times, but never complained. Rest in Peace. May light perpetual shine upon you.
