Aged 78, known to many as “Fab” of Silver Sands, Christ Church. Fishing was your love and you use this trade to the best of your ability but always found time to relax with your friends enjoying your favourite pass time, dancing. May your rest be peaceful.

A Thanksgiving Service celebrating the life and work of Deighton Ward will take place on Saturday January 06, 2018 at the Pegwell Community Church, Pegwell, Christ Church, where relatives and friends are asked to meet at 2.00 pm. The cortege will then proceed to the Christ Church Cemetery for the interment.
His body will repose for viewing on Saturday from 1.00 pm until the start of the service during which time floral tributes will be gratefully accepted.
