Aged 58, affectionately called “Spiddles”, of Bedford Lane, Roebuck Street, St. Michael, formerly of Lemon Arbor, St. John, late Ballroom Tutor and Dancer, entered into rest on October 10, 2017 at the QEH.
Son of Coral “Thelma” Crawford and the late Vere Belle. Husband of Shakira Tasker-Crawford. Father of Reanna, Malicia and Miracle. Brother of Richard, Michael, Arthur and Haizen Crawford and Rosalin Grosvenor, Colin and Christopher Phillips and Natalie Barrow. Nephew of Eugene, Eunita, Joan and the late Marion and Fredrick. Cousin of Many. Relative of the Crawford, Sargeant, Thompson, Walcott, Padmore and Tasker families.
A Service of Thanksgiving celebrating the life of Edward DevereCrawford will take place at St. John’s Parish Church on Monday, October 23, 2017 at 3:30 PM followed by the interment in the St. John Cemetery. Viewing of the body takes place at St. George’s Home for Funerals, Carmichael House, Carmichael, St. George today Sunday, October 22 from 4:00 to 6:00 p.m. Flowers may be delivered to St. George’s Home for Funerals no later than 12:30PM on the day of the funeral. The Organist and Members of the Choir are kindly asked to attend. A donation will be collected for the upkeep of the cemetery.
