The funeral of the late Eudene Marcilla Payne takes place on Saturday, May 15, 2021 at 9:30 a.m. at Western Light, Church of The Nazarene, Oxnards, St. James; tributes will commence at 9 a.m. The funeral will then proceed to St. James Cemetery for the interment.
