GITTENS – On March 15th at the Q.E.H., at the age of 84 years, Frank Douglas, affectionately known as “Frankie”, former worker of MTW & member of the St.John Diabetic Association, formerly of Venture, St.John, he was the father of Douglas, brother of Berkley Gittens of the UK, uncle of Ronald & Valerie Gittens & Sonia Adamson, cousin of Veda Harris, Oswald & Keith Taitt, friend of Clordelle Moore.

The funeral of the late Frank Douglas Gittens leaves L.E. Smith Funeral Home, St. Michael’s Row at 2:15 p.m. on Thursday, March 23, 2017 for the St. John Parish Church, where relatives and friends are asked to meet at 3.30 p.m. for a Service of Thanksgiving the cortege will then proceed to the St.John Cemetery for the interment. The organist and members of the church choir are kindly asked to attend.

Floral tributes may be delivered to the L. E. Smith Funeral Home, St. Michael’s Row no later than 1:30 p.m. on Thursday March 23, 2017. His body will repose for viewing in the Chapel of L. E. Smith Funeral Home on Wednesday March 22, 2017 from 3:00p.m to 5:00p.m.
