A Thanksgiving service of the life for Garfield Sinclair Herbert will take place on Saturday July 22nd , 2023 at The Rock Hall Church of the Nazarene, Rock Hall, St. Thomas where relatives and friends are asked to meet at 10 am followed by the interment to the St. James Cemetery. Viewing of the body will commence an hour before the start of the service. Floral arrangements can be sent to Two Sons Funeral Home no later than 7:45am Saturday July 22nd ,2023.
