A Service of Thanksgiving to celebrate the life of Hazel Dorian Chambers née Deane will take place in the Chapel of Coral Ridge Memorial Gardens, The Ridge Christ Church, on Friday,21^st June 2024 where relatives and friends are warmly invited to meet at 11:00 am for the Service followed by the interment in the Cassia Lawns. Her body will repose for viewing at the Chapel from 10:00 am on Friday until the commencement of the Service where floral tributes will be graciously accepted.

Floral tributes may also be delivered to LE Smith Funeral Home no later than 8:30 a.m. Mourning colours are optional. However, Hazel’s favourite is green.
