The funeral of the late Jannice Roberta Chandler leaves Earl’s Funeral Home, Half Moon Fort, St. Lucy on Friday February 2nd , 2024 at 1:30 p.m. for All Saints Anglican Church, Pleasant Hall, St. Peter where relatives and friends are asked to meet for the Service of Thanksgiving at 3:30 p.m.
A cremation will take place at a later date.
The organist and choir are kindly asked to attend.

So, so sorry to hear of your mum’s sudden passing. Please accept my most sincere condolences.
In Islam, there is an understanding, that Paradise lies at the feet of the mother. One way to attain Paradise in the after-life is by being good and taking care of the mother.
Once, a man came to Prophet Muhammad and asked “Who is most deserving of my kindness?” The Prophet said, “Your mother, then your mother, then your mother.” Repeating “your mother” three times emphasised the importance of good treatment towards a mother for all of the hardship that she undertakes.
Isaiah 66:13 says, As one whom his mother comforts, so I will comfort you.
Take comfort in your faith. Remember Jesus promised to never leave us comfortless. Matthew 5:3–12
Blessed are they that mourn: for they shall be comforted.

I was lucky enough to have met and spent time with Auntie Janice when visiting Barbados many years ago on a trip with my Grandmother, Lorna Chandler.
