A service of thanksgiving to celebrate the life of Je NeiL Latoya Philip takes place on Thursday, 29th August, 2024 at 1:00 p.m., at the Sanctuary Empowerment Centre, Country Road, St. Michael.

Flowers may be sent to E.  PAMELA SMALL FUNERAL HOME, "The Lawns", Vauxhall, Christ Church, on Thursday, 29th August, 2024, no later than 11:00 a.m., or may be delivered to the Sanctuary Empowerment Centre, Country Road, St. Michael, before the start of the service.

Visitation takes place on Wednesday, 28th August, 2024 in the chapel of E.  PAMELA SMALL FUNERAL HOME, "The Lawns", Vauxhall, Christ Church, from 3:30 - 5: 30 p.m. Mourning colours are optional.
