Son of the late Constance Graham and Wesley Carter.
Brother to his siblings – the late Kenneth, Ivan, George, Evelyn, Lillian, Edwin, and surviving sisters Ernesta and Ione.
Uncle, brother-in-law, godparent and friend to many in London, the UK, Barbados, the US and Canada.
Much loved and sorely missed. The funeral will be held in London on 17 January 2018.
