Aged 67, peacefully departed this life at his residence in Ellis Road, Checker Hall, St. Lucy. Better known as “Watson” or “Beardy”, he was the Owner of Beardy’s Taxi Service and former resident of Prospect, St. James and Speightstown, St. Peter.

Father of Katherine Mascoll, David and Trey Watson;
Stepfather of Rico and Remario Babb and Regina Howell;
Father-in-Law of Avery Mascoll;
Grandfather of Akayla and Zyheir Watson, John Mascoll, Remya Howell and Ryara Hunte;
Brother of William Sealy and Henderson Jeremie;
Uncle of Sadé, Samara, Shaniqua, Torian and Malik;
Nephew of Verna “Anita” Bradshaw (New York), the late Charles, Victor and Anthony Nicholls;
Relative of many including the Nicholls, Watson, Bradshaw and Riley families;
Friend of Sandra Babb.
A Service of Thanksgiving celebrating the life of Lloyd “Beardy” Watson will take place at Ellerton Wesleyan Holiness Church, Eustace Lashley Road, Ellerton, St. George on Tuesday February 1, 2022 at 10:00 a.m. The cortege will then proceed to Frangipani Lawns, Coral Ridge Memorial Gardens, The Ridge, Christ Church for the interment. Viewing takes place at St. George’s Home for Funerals, Carmichael House, Carmichael, St. George, tomorrow Monday January 31, 2022 from 3:30 to 5:30 PM and an hour before the commencement of the Service at the Church. Flowers may be delivered to St. George’s Home for Funerals no later than 7:15 a.m. on the day of the funeral.
