Retired Production Manager of the Barbados Advocate, faithful worshiper of The Church of the Resurrection, Green Hill, and St. Matthew Anglican Church, Jackmans, both in St. Michael, entered into rest on September 14, 2018 at the QEH.

Devoted Husband of Vesta Slater. Loving Father of Paul and Julian Slater. Father-In-Law of Michelle Slater and former Father-In-Law of Marisha Slater.

Grandfather of Brandon, Nikia and Jumani Slater, Juvon Cox and Julian Forde. Brother of Etta Kellman-Wellington (USA).

Brother-In-Law of Lucille Harewood, Shirley Greaves, Jeanette Mathew and Ena Wall (USA). Uncle of Wendy Kellman. Cousin of Merline Jordan (USA).

Friend of Leroy Harris, Fredy Callender, Marcelle Neil, Julian Dottin, Carl Downes, Wilma Williams, Members of the Ushers’ Guild of The Church of the Resurrection and many others.

A Service of Thanksgiving celebrating the life of Patrick Foster Slater will take place at St. Matthew Anglican Church, Jackmans, St. Michael on Saturday September 29, 2018 at 10:00 AM followed by a private cremation at a later date.

Viewing of the body takes place at The Church of the Resurrection, Green Hill, St Michael on Friday, September 28, 2018 from 5:00 PM to 6:00 PM and an hour before the commencement of the funeral service on Saturday September 29, 2018.

The Organist and Members of the Choir are kindly asked to attend. During the service a Collection towards the upkeep of the Church would be appreciated.
