Aged 78, known to many as “Banny” of 2nd Avenue, Briar Hall Gardens, Christ Church, faithful member of The People’s Cathedral and retired employee of the Ministry of Transport and Works. God continually proved himself faithful to you and you reciprocated by surrendering your all to him. Rest peacefully in his arms until he calls your name.

A Service of Worship and Praise celebrating the life of Richard O’Donnell Banfield will take place on Wednesday November 13, 2024 at the People’s Cathedral, Bishops Court Hill, St. Michael, where relatives and friends are asked to meet at 1.00 pm. The cortege will then proceed to the Christ Church Cemetery for the interment.
Hid body will repose for viewing on Tuesday at Jo-Anne Jones Funeral Services from 3.30 pm until 5.30 pm and at the Church on Wednesday from 12.00 noon until the start of the service during which time floral tributes will be gratefully accepted.
