aged 64, affectionately called “Rue” late of Shrewsbury Gardens, St. Philip and formerly of Pilgrim Road, Christ Church and St. Martin’s St. Philip. Retired Supervisor of The Ministry of International Transport Division of the Grantley Adams International Airport entered into rest on May 25, 2018 at the QEH.

A Service of Thanksgiving celebrating the life of Roel DaCosta Gittens will take place at St. Patrick’s Anglican Church, St. Patrick’s, Christ Church on Tuesday June 5, 2018 at 4:00 PM followed by the interment in the churchyard. Viewing of the body takes place at St. George’s Home for Funerals, Carmichael House, Carmichael, St. George, Monday June 4, 2018 from 4:00 to 6:00 PM and at the church an hour before the service.
Flowers may be delivered to St. George’s Home for Funerals no later than 12 Noon on the day of the funeral. The Organist and Members of the Church Choir are kindly asked to attend. During the service a collection will be taken for the upkeep of the church.
