A service of thanksgiving for the life of Roosevelt Algernon Phillips, takes place on Thursday 7th, December, 2023 at 10:00am, at The Church of God, Mile and A Quarter, St. Peter. The Interment follows in the St. Peter Parish Church yard. Flowers may be sent to E.
