aged 79, of Pilgrim Place ‘B’, Christ Church, formerly of Fairview, Christ Church retired Stenographer-Typist of the Labour Department.

We give God thanks, we know that you are at peace as you will be reunited with your son, who you dearly loved and cherished. 

Wife of the late Dalton Bovell;

Mother of  the late Philip Bovell;

Sister of Esther Walker, Mabel, Mary, Levi and Lucille Blades, Eunice Gaskin and Elsie Harewood (both of the USA), Livingstone and Lloyd Blades (both of Canada);

Aunt of Livingstone Blades Jnr., Carolyn Davis, James, Ryan, Lincoln and Sheri Blades (all of Canada), Angela Hawkins, Gregory and Jennifer Gaskin (all of the USA), Richard Blades and Shelly Inniss;

Cousin of Godwin, James and Berkley Blades and Muriel Blackman (Canada);   

Sister-in-law of  Rawlston Harewood (USA), Zadane Blades and Sonia Smith-Blades (both of Canada), Cecelia Blades, the late Winston “Ricky” Bovell, Norma Woodroffe and Ernesta Walcott;

Relative of the Blades, Durant, Moseley and Cheltenham families;

Friend of many;                    

A Thanksgiving Service celebrating the life and work of Ruth Ermine Bovell will take place on Tuesday May 28, 2019 at St. Patricks Anglican Church, St. Patricks, Christ Church where relatives and friends are asked to meet at 4.00 pm, with the interment immediately following in the Churchyard.  

The Organist and members of the Church Choir are kindly asked to attend.

Her body will repose for viewing on Tuesday from 3.00 pm until the start of the service during which time floral tributes will be gratefully accepted.

Monetary donations toward the upkeep of the Church will be appreciated.
