I first met Sandra when she joined the Ministry of Tourism in the late 1990s and then had the opportunity to work close with her again at the Ministry of Labour from 2011 to 2019. Sandra was a respectable and caring woman. She quietly supported me when I encountered stressful days and for that, I will never forget her.
Stephen and Sherry, please accept my sincere condolences and I pray that God will provide you with the strength and comfort that you need.
