Aged 76, affectionately called Pearcey”, late of Parish Land, Christ Church and formerly of Mount Wilton, St. Joseph, retired driver of Sanitation Service Authority, entered into rest on 23rd August, 2017 at the QEH.

Son of the late Oscar and Ophena Pearce. Husband of Cynthia Brathwaite-Pearce. Father of Shernelle and Victor Holder. Stepfather of Goldene, Sharon, Donna Brathwaite and 6 others. Brother of 7. Grandfather of Dillon and Crystal Holder, Katressia, Kaley, Kellisia and Kadeem Brathwaite. Uncle of June Griffith, Yvette Brewster and many more. Godfather of Junior Wickham. Cousin of Velda Reid and many more. Friends of many too numerous to mention.

A Service of Thanksgiving celebrating the life of Victor Simroy Pearce will take place at Pentecostal Church of the Living God, Parish Land, Christ Church, on Friday, 8th September 2017 at 2:00PM. The cortege will then proceed to Christ Church cemetery for the interment. Viewing of the body takes place at St. George’s Home for Funerals, Carmichael House, Carmichael, St. George, Thursday, 7th September 2017 from 4:00 to 6:00 p.m. Flowers may be delivered to St. George’s Home for Funerals no later than 11:00 AM on the day of the funeral. A collection for the upkeep of the Church’s Building fund will be taken during the service.
