aged 47, known to many as  “Jon Doe”, of Ruby Park, St. Philip, Radio Announcer at Starcom Network, Founding member and Co-Owner of Renegade International Sound, proud member of the DJ Fraternity, Old Scholar of Harrisons College, lover of music, supporter of culture and a proud Barbadian and Canadian.

The sound of your voice over the airwaves signed off on Sunday November 07, 2021.  Your voice, characteristics, charisma and uplifting music will be truly missed by the thousands whom you soothed, mentored and uplifted over the years.  Your memories will forever live on in the hearts of your family and those whose lives you have touched. “Jon Doe has left the building.”  Sleep well.

Son of the late Burleigh Forte and Chloe Forte nee Fenty;  

Loving husband of Tracy Morgan-Forte (CIBC FirstCaribbean International Bank);

Brother of Sandra Forte (Canada);

Son-in-Law of John and Charlot Morgan (both of Nova Scotia, Canada);

Brother-in-law of Chad Ash (Nova Scotia, Canada);

Claimed brother of Rickie Neblett, Andre Holder, Shawn Clarke, Johann and Tiffany Scantlebury, Christopher Bishop, Karen Thorpe, Damian Bryan, Tamara Husbands, Andrew Newton and too many others to mention;

Loving godfather of Keeva “The Diva” Pile-Adamson, Tremera “Tree Tree” Green, Shean Benskin, Kiara Charles and many others;

Self-proclaimed uncle to Mikhail Scantlebury, Kymani Charles, Ashlee, Gavin and Nathan Neblett, Storm Husbands, CJ, Kristina Bishop and many others;

Relative of  the Forte, Belgrave, Clarke, Nicholls, Sargeant and Neblett families;

Friend of the Starcom Network family and others too numerous to mention.

A Service of Worship, Praise and Celebration for the life and work of Warren Ashley Forte will take place on Friday November 26, 2021 at New Dimensions Ministries, Barbarees Hill, St. Michael where only specially invited relatives and friends are asked to meet at 9.30 am.  A private cremation will follow at a later date.

By special request, there will be no viewing of Warren’s body.   

No mourning colours by special request. 

Floral tributes are gratefully declined; however, monetary donations toward the Diabetes Association of Barbados will be appreciated. 

Strict Covid-19 protocols will be in affect.
