aged 75 years, affectionately called “Sam”, late of #44 Castle Terrace, St. Philip. Retired Bartender of Luigi’s Restaurant, entered into rest on September 25, 2019 at the QEH.

Father of Geliness Harewood, Susan Gittens, Winston Maynard Jnr, Suzette Brathwaite, Maria Knight, Wayne Jordan and Jason and Jan Ruck;
Grandfather of Chontelle Maynard, Kashif Gittens, Kris Brathwaite, Nicholas Jordan and 12 others;
Great grandfather of 6;
Brother of Marva Martindale, Trevor Maynard, Carson Lorde, Ivis Griffith, Heather, John, Trevor and Esther Harewood and 18 others;
Uncle of Many;
Relative of the Maynard, Harewood, Lorde, Stuart and Edghill families;
Friend of Carl Young, Emmerson Greenidge and many others too numerous to mention.
A Service of Thanksgiving celebrating the life of Winston Alfred Maynard will take place at Golan Seventh-Day Adventist Church, 106 Benthams Bottom, Nr. Wellhouse, St. Philip on Tuesday October 15, 2019 at 1:30 PM.
The cortege will then proceed to the Parish Cemetery, Bushy Park, St. Philip for the interment. Viewing of the body takes place at St. George’s Home for Funerals, Carmichael House, Carmichael, St. George tomorrow, Monday October 14, 2019 from 4:00 to 6:00 PM and an hour before the commencement of the Service at the Church.
Flowers may be delivered to St. George’s Home for Funerals no later than 10:30 AM on the day of the funeral.
